Why we built Baxendale
Lawyers are the right call for the deals that matter most, but they are expensive and slow for the routine agreements a business signs every week. Most review tools on the market either serve large legal departments or hand out a risk score without saying why.
Baxendale sits in between. It reads a contract from your side of the deal, finds the risky and missing clauses, explains them in plain English, and drafts the wording to ask for. Business teams get answers they can act on. Legal teams get a consistent first pass they can verify in seconds.
